It was never going to be just a shop

We wanted somewhere people could buy lovely craft supplies without feeling like they had to know all the answers first. Ask us the obvious question, bring in the half-finished project or just come for a natter. We’ve probably been there too.

How does click and collect work?

Choose click and collect at checkout. We’ll pack your order and let you know when it’s ready at the Cheltenham shop.

When is delivery free?

Standard UK delivery is free when you spend more than £30. For smaller orders, the delivery cost is shown at checkout.

Is the shop accessible?

We’re on the first floor and, frustratingly, there is no lift. If stairs are a barrier, we can bring things to the ground floor, help you browse online or arrange local delivery where we can.

Are classes suitable for beginners?

Lots of them are. The listing will tell you what you need to know, but if you’re still unsure, send us a message. We would much rather you ask than talk yourself out of coming.

Can you help me choose supplies?

Absolutely. Bring us the pattern, the project or the vague idea you have not quite worked out yet. We’ll help you find what you actually need.
